RedBrick Management Company: 630-282-7806 Contact RedBrick Management Company for a set of rules if you didn’t receive a set at closing. Assessments are due the first of the month. Any questions, call RedBrick Management Company. Garbage pickup for the neighborhood is on Wednesdays, except when New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day fall on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday ----- then pickup will be on Thursday. Attend the Timber Creek Condominium Board meetings to meet your neighbors, Board members, and hear what's happening in our neighborhood. GOVERNANCE
An elected Board of Directors is the governing body for the association. Each member serving two-year terms, the Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Director-at-large. Our property management company, RedBrick, carries out Board initiatives, enforces the Rules and Regulations, collects association dues, ensures compliance with laws and regulations, coordinates maintenance requests, and is the primary point of contact for homeowners.

LOCAL RECYCLING AND TRASH
SCARCE - The SCARCE staff offers recycling information specific to DuPage county and accepts most books, cell phones, ink jets, crayons, and many other office supplies, games or equipment, through their "Tools for Schools." Teachers can select items for their classrooms from these donations. To schedule a time for drop-off, please call 630-545-9710. The Timber Creek Condominium Association's waste removal day is Wednesday. If there is a holiday prior to that day, pick up will be on Thursday. Welcome to our neighborhood!

SCHOOL DISTRICTS
The Metra train and I-88 are only minutes away. Resident students attend highly-acclaimed Community Unit School District 200. Those schools include: Johnson Elementary School, Hubble Middle School, and Wheaton-Warrenville South High School. Also available to attend are St. Francis or Benet high schools.
